Are your products really vegan?
That's right, as difficult as it may seem, our products are Vegan, we do not use ingredients of animal origin or derivatives. We are the first brand of styling products in Mexico with the Vegan seal, not as a matter of daring but because as business owners and vegans since For more than 18 years, we have that commitment to ourselves and to our brand.

Are your products tested on animals?
Of course NO, none of our final products and individual ingredients are tested on animals. We understand that with our Vegan seal we let our customers know that each product and ingredient complies with the Vegan political position and conscience that we want to transmit as a company.

Are products not tested on animals the same as vegan products?
No, it's not the same. It is very easy not to test your products on animals, but not using products derived from them is not that simple. We are committed to Veganism as an ethic and political stance and not just as a business model.
Are they products only for Men?
Our products work for anyone looking to style their hair. No matter your gender or how you identify yourself, at M&D Legado we know that the needs of a good styling are not subject to a specific gender.

How long do I have to invoice an order?
Remember that you have from the date you make your purchase until the 28th of the same month. In February you have until the 25th.

By using this website and placing orders through it, you accept the purchase conditions and return terms.
You agree not to place false or fraudulent orders. Otherwise the order will be canceled and the relevant authorities will be informed.
You will provide your email address, address, telephone number, among other information exactly at the time of making your purchase to make the corresponding shipment and contact you if necessary.
In the event that the requested product is out of stock, you authorize M&D Legado to make a partial or total refund of your purchase.
The contract between M&D Legado and you is formalized at the time of making your purchase and receiving the confirmation of it via email.
Once your purchase is made there are no modifications to the order or cancellations.

Deliveries:
Deliveries are made throughout the Mexican Republic.
Deliveries may take a maximum of 15 business days to reach their final destination from the date the parcel leaves the M&D Legado facilities.
Delivery times vary and / or may be modified depending on the postal code provided, parcel preparation, conditions outside of M&D Legado such as conditions by the parcel service or weather conditions.
The parcel will be "delivered" upon receipt by yourself or a third party giving the parcel service as proof of signature or identification.
A maximum of two delivery attempts are made to the address provided, if the parcel is not successful, it is returned to the M&D Legado facilities. A second shipping guide is the responsibility of the customer (you) and under this condition no returns are made.
Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday and non-holidays).

Price:
The prices of each product include VAT (16%).
The prices can be modified without previous notice but the prices in the orders already made will be respected.
The shipping price is additional to the price of the product and it may vary according to current promotions or coupons.
In the purchase confirmation email, the prices per product purchased will be detailed, as well as the cost of shipping and promotions made to your order.
Returns:
Returns will only be accepted within a maximum time of 3 days after the parcel was delivered.
Returns will only be accepted as long as the product has not been tampered with and arrives at our facilities under the same conditions as it was sent.
It is stipulated that the parcel guide to make a return is the responsibility of the customer, not M&D Legado.
To request returns, it is necessary to contact the email legadomd@gmail.com within a period of no more than 3 days from the delivery of your parcel to receive instructions on the return process as well as provide evidence in case you have received a damaged product or defective.
The deadline to receive your return to your original form of payment is 30 days.

Changes:
Changes will only be accepted as long as the product has not been tampered with and arrives at our facilities under the same conditions as it was sent.
It is stipulated that the parcel guide to make changes and the guide to make delivery are the responsibility of the client, not of M&D Legado.
